Hello Folks- I have not posted at all this year, never went and got my new password and such. At any rate, I am a huge, huge Jets fan. This year there have been 12 games that I felt unbelievably strong about how they would play, and bet either on the Jets or against them. Twice they surprised me, once against New England at home, I thought they'd come with a herculean effort, and once against Miami, at Miami, I actually thought they'd be flat and lose or not cover. Four other times I had no clue how they'd play and stayed away. The Jets are going to get absolutely and utterly destroyed this week. This week of the playoffs is the week to be a square, don't think, and just bet the favorite, Pittsburgh. If both teams were well rested and healthy, sure, there is some value in taking 9 points but in this spot the Jets are going to get blown out. There will be a minimum of 2 drives in the first half that either will be extended by a penalty (ie., 3rd and 29 for Pitts and a reciever will run by a Jets defender, almost bumping into him for the clear pass interference), or, a 3rd down pick up by the Jets where a Pittsburgh defender slips, I mean gets held, negating the play. The Jets are very fatigued and will not be able to survive such plays and it will break their backs and they will get blown out. Anyone that saw the first game should expect a similiar type of affair, the difference being the Jets will collapse sooner this game. The final score will be 31-6. And please, Pittsburgh fans, the calls are what they are. Fair, not fair, whatever, this is about gambling for profits, I could care less about anything else. After the first half of this year's affair, Phil Simms explained the penalty discrepency and phantom calls best, he said it was because of Cowher's toughness? Please folks do yourself a favor and make some money on this blowout.
